Ingredients

  2. 1 cup almond crushed
  3. Half cup curd
  4. 4 tbsp oil
  5. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 tbsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. Half cup sugar
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 cup coconut grated
  11. Milk at room temperature

    Take a broad deep pan and add salt then set a stand to preheat for 10 minutes at medium flame.keep cover the utensil

    Now mix all the dry ingredients well and then add all liquid ingredients then whisk properly by adding small portions of milk

    Make a thick mixture then rest it for 10 minutes.pour the mixture into cake pan after putting the butter sheet.another alternative of butter paper is foiling paper.cut it in shape of cake pan and grease it after setting up

    Set the cake pan in ready preheated pan.keep the flame low and wait for 20 minutes then turn the flame off.keep it on heat to cook properly
