Beef and Cabbage in Soysauce and Ginger
- Sliced beef
- Fine-chopped cabbage
- Soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Oyster sauce if you like
- Spring onion if you like
- 1Sauté the chopped garlic and ginger
- 2Drop the sliced beef and stir them well. Wait until they’re (almost) caramelised.
- 3Grind salt and black pepper as much as you want —I like much pepper. Then add the cabbage and spring onion.
- 4The last coming is soycause and oyster sauce.
