Beef Onion Ribs
- 1/2 big onion, cut into rings
- 1 kg beef ribs
- As needed Black pepper
- 1 egg
- As needed Soy sauce
- As needed Rice wine
- 1Marinate beef with soy, beaten egg Black pepper and rice wine for an hour
- 2After an hour. Heat pan and add oil. Make sure is very hot, then fry beef quickly. Then remove.
- 3In same pan stir fry onion rings until translucent.
- 4Then add a fried beef. Mix it properly then serve
