Ingredients

  1. For jeera rice
  2. 1 cup -cooked rice
  3. 100 gm Jeera
  4. 5-6 Cinnamon sticks
  5. 1 cup Ghee
  6. Half cup-oil
  7. Corn gravy
  8. 1 American sweet corn
  9. 2 onions
  10. 2 Tomatoes
  11. 1 potato
  12. 5 green chillies
  13. 10-12 cloves-Garlic
  14. 1/2 inch ginger
  15. 2 spoons Fresh milk cream
  16. 1 tsp Garam masala
  17. 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
  18. 2 tablespoon Palyada pudi(refer to kalsanna)
  19. Tomato garlic rasam
  20. 2 Tomatoes
  21. 10 cloves-Garlic
  22. 1 tablespoon -cumin
  23. Little tamarind
  24. Rasam powder(Refer to gojju awalakki)

Steps

    Firstly in a kadai add ghee n oil and then add cinnamon sticks,bay leaf,cumin seeds and saute it.Now add cooked rice n mix it by adding required amount of salt.Jeera rice is ready.

    For gravy,in a mixer jar grind onions,tomatoes,garlics,cinnamon,ginger and green chillies to a fine paste.

    Cook American sweet,and remove the grains and keep then aside.In a kadai add oil,chopped potatoes,carrots,corn and saute them.once all the vegetables is cooked,add the grounded paste,add garam masala,dhaniya powder and palyada pudi and saute it.Then add fresh milk cream Now the corn gravy is ready to serve.

    For rasam,take tomatoes, garlic,cumin seeds,tamarind,and grind them,Add more water and rasam powder (refer to gojju awalakki) add salt as required and bring it to boil.for tempering add two spoons ghee,mustard,hing,curry leaf and temper it.Rasam is ready
