Ingredients

  1. 8 beef franks
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 cup yellow corn meal
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 1 tablespoon oil
  10. 1 tablespoon honey
  11. sticks Popsicle
  12. 2 cup canola. For frying
  13. 1-2 tbs flour for franks

    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

    Whisk in wet ingredients form a batter.

    Dry franks and cut in half
  4. 4
    Dust franks with flour. And incert with sticks. Set aside

    Pour your batter in a tall cup
  6. 6
    Dip frank in batter and evenly and coat.

    Fry in skillet or pot till golden
