  1. 400 g. Coconut milk
  2. 1 tbsp. Corn starch
  3. 4 tbsp. Sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp. Salt

Steps

    Mix coconut milk + sugar + salt + corn starch together β€’ continue stir until thicken and let's cool transfer to container cover nicely and place in freezer 4 hours

    After 4 hours take out from freezer and stir mixture for smooth texture β€’place in freezer 6 hours and take out blend until smooth then place in freezer over night

    Done...! πŸ₯₯ eat with thai condiment β€’ sticky rice + toddy palm and on top with evaporated milk + roasted peanut
