  1. 3-4 Potatoes
  2. 1/2 tbsp Salt
  3. 3 tbsp Cornflour
  4. As required Red Food colour (optional)
  5. As required Oil for frying

    Take 3 to 4 potatoes and peel it and cut it into finger shape.

    Dip your fingers into the water and wash it 3 to 4 times.

    After washing take cotton cloth and separate all fingers on the cloth.

    Now add fingers in the bowl and add pinch of food colour, cornflour add salt in the last and mixed it well.

    Now fry your fingers into hot oil medium flame.

    When your fingers looks separate and crispy in the oil than take it out.

    Now your crispy fingers is ready serve it with mayonnaise and souce. Sprinkle some chat masala also.
