Ingredients

  1. 2 Chicken fillet
  2. 1/4 tsp mustatd paste
  3. 1 tsp soya sauce
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1 tbp vinegar
  6. 1 tsp hot sauce
  7. to taste Salt
  8. Flour and egg for coating
  9. 2 tbp mayonnaise
  10. 1 tbp ketchup

Steps

    Marinate chicken with mustard paste, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, hot sauce and black pepper powder.

    Coat fillet in flour and dip in egg amd again coat in flour.

    Fry until golden brown.

    Prepare sauce by adding mayonnaise and ketchup.

    Toast buns and spread mayonnaise mixture. Put fillet and cover with another bun.

    Add any seasonal fruit, dates and almond.
