Ingredients

  1. 1/2 chopped chicken sausage
  2. 1/2 chopped beef sausage
  3. 1 flavor chicken breasts
  4. 1 handful fresh spinach
  5. Jasmine rice
  6. Small portion of broccoli
  7. 1/4 chopped yellow bell peppers
  8. 1/4 sliced yellow onion
  9. 1/4 small graped cherry tomatoes

Steps

    Prepare and cook rice. Add avocado oil on medium heat. Add and cook sausages.

    Once sausages cooked, add vegetables. Add little salt and black pepper.

    On another pan, cook chicken breast. Or bake the chicken. Once cooked, cut the chicken.

    On another pan, cook spinach. Add salt.
