High Carb Meal (L)
- 1/2 chopped chicken sausage
- 1/2 chopped beef sausage
- 1 flavor chicken breasts
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- Jasmine rice
- Small portion of broccoli
- 1/4 chopped yellow bell peppers
- 1/4 sliced yellow onion
- 1/4 small graped cherry tomatoes
- 1Prepare and cook rice. Add avocado oil on medium heat. Add and cook sausages.
- 2Once sausages cooked, add vegetables. Add little salt and black pepper.
- 3On another pan, cook chicken breast. Or bake the chicken. Once cooked, cut the chicken.
- 4On another pan, cook spinach. Add salt.
- 5Altogether, place them onto the plate.
