Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 cube butter, softened
  4. Filling ingredients
  5. 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese at room temperature
  6. 1 large container of Cool Whip at room temperature
  7. 1 cup powdered sugar
  8. Topping
  9. 1 (3 oz.) package Jello Lemon Instant Pudding

    Mix crust ingredients together until crumbly

    Pat down crust into a 9x13 pan, lightly greased
  3. 3
    Bake crust for 20-30 minutes at 350ยบ until lightly browned, then allow to cool

    Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar together and spread evenly on top of cooled crust

    Prepare Lemon Jello according to package instructions and pour over the cream cheese layer

    Refrigerate for 2 or more hours before serving
