My Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb lean beef stew meat
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 3 tbsp garlic
  4. 1 medium white onion chopped
  5. 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 cup red cooking wine
  7. 1 tbsp dried parsley
  8. 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  9. 1-2 cups egg noodles
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 2 tbsp flour
  12. 1/2 cup beef stock
  13. 1 tub mushrooms

Steps

    In a medium pot boil noodles.

    In a medium pan add olive oil, meat, onions and garlic. Cook till done.

    Now add beef stock, worsteshire sauce, red wine and mushrooms. Bring to a boil

    Add sour cream and sprinkle flour on top and whisk making sure no lumps.

    Add egg noddles. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add pepper to taste. Top with parsley and green onions.
