  9. Cinnamon powder
  10. 2 tsp cacao powder
  11. Blueberries 🍫 Smoothie
  12. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  13. 1/4 avocado / yogurt
  14. Vanilla extract
  15. Cinnamon powder
  16. 1 tsp psyllium husk
  17. 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  18. 1 tbsp protein (hemp seed protein 👍🏻) opt
  19. Chocolate 🍌 Smoothie
  20. 1 cup frozen banana
  21. 2 tsp cacao powder
