Pastor J’s Gluten-Free Raw Energy Balls

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup whole sprouted oats
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. 2/3 cup almond or peanut butter
  4. 1/3 cup ground flax meal
  5. 1/4 cup choc chips
  6. 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I use a combo of Raw Brazil, Raw Cashews, and Raw Walnuts)
  7. 1/4 shredded coconut
  8. 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
  9. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  10. 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  11. 2 TBSP Garden of Life Raw Protein Powdered (optional)

Steps

    Mix all ingredients in bowl.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Roll into balls.
  4. 4
    Store in refrigerator up to 5 days (7 days If not using banana).
