Penne Meal Fast
- 1 quart spaghetti sauce I used Mids brand meat sauce
- 22 ounces frozen beef meatballs defrosted
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 quart water
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
Boil the pasta in the water, as instructed with the salt. Cut the meatballs up into quarters.
Heat a pan and fry the cut up meatballs. This is to get color and more texture. After sauteing for 12 minutes add the cheese and sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Transfer the penne pasta to the sauce. Stir well.
Serve a quick meal in about 30 minutes or less. I hope you enjoy!!
