Red Berry’s with roasted almond cake
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- drops vanilla
- 75 gr butter
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 handful berries (blue - red.. strawberries - raspberry..)
- Melted white chocolate to finish
- Lemon zest
Let the butter melt and mix everything togheter - roast almonds and roughly grind the almonds - mix well - pour the mixture in a buttered and floured cake form.
Pre heat the oven On 180°C for 30/40min. Check with a knife if its dry inside. Pou some melted white chocolate and lemon zest. Bon apetit!
