Salt and Vinegar French Fries

Ingredients

  1. 5 lb Russet Potatoes
  2. 3 cup White Vinegar
  3. 3 cup Water
  4. 1 Course Sea Salt (to your liking)
  5. 1 Black Pepper (to your liking)
  6. 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Steps

    Cut potatoes into french fries. I used a french fry cutter, so easy!

    In a large pot, combine vinegar and water.

    Add fries and bring to a boil.

    Let cook until tender.

    Pre heat oven to 400.

    Let cool in vinegar and water. About 1/2 hour.

    Drain and toss in olive oil.

    Place fries on lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Add salt and pepper, bake until browned.
