Ingredients

  1. 400 gm Chicken Chopped
  2. 20 gm Dried Chili's
  3. 2 pcs Red Chili's
  4. 1 tsp Geen Xi-Chuan pepper
  5. 1 tsp Red Xi-Chuan pepper
  6. 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  7. 2 tbsp Spring Onion
  8. 4 tbsp Wheat Flour
  9. 5 tbsp Cooking Oil

Steps

    Clean up the chicken, chop into small cubes, and marinate with soy sauce for about 5 minutes

    Coat chicken with wheat flour and deep fry till dry. Drain.

    Heat up the wok and add in the cooking oil. Deep fry the green, red pepper and red chillies.

    Lastly, add in the chicken and Stir-fry... ready to be served.
