Ingredients

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 yolk
  3. 1/2 Cup Sugar
  4. ⅓ Cup Oil
  5. 1/3 Cup Milk
  6. 1 1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
  7. 3/8 tsp Baking soda
  8. 1 tsp Vanila essence
  9. 1/4 tsp Salt

Steps

    First whisk 2 Whole eggs and a egg yolk. Now gradually add ½ cup of sugar. Now add ⅓ Cup of oil, ⅓ cup milk and 1 tsp Vanilla essence and mix well.

    Now stiff in All-purpose flour 1 ½ Cup, Baking soda ⅜ tsp and Salt ¼ tsp and mix well.

    Now in a greased baking tin pour all the batter and bake on 180 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven Slice as desired, Serve and enjoy.
