Turkish Trilece chocolate cake 🍰

Ingredients

  1. For cake
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup Warm water
  5. 1 tbsp Baking powder
  6. 1 tbsp Vanilla powder
  7. 2 cups All-purpose flour
  8. For milk dressing
  9. 4 cups Milk
  10. 1/2 cup Sugar
  11. 2 cup Fresh cream
  12. For cream
  13. Whip cream
  14. Toppings
  15. Chocolate Hershey syrup
  16. Hershey Grated chocolate

    For the cake: Blend well the 4 eggs and sugar until it was foamy
  2. 2
    Then add the vanilla, 2cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup warm water and blend again altogether

    Prepare baking tray with flour

    Poured the prepared batter. Baked in preheated oven at 180c for 30 mins.

    For Milk dressing mixed all the 4 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 cups of fresh milk.. mix until the sugar is dissolved and put in the fridge for later use.

    For Cream on top whip the whipped cream until it’s ready and set aside.

    For chocolate: grate the chocolate into small pieces and set aside

    When the cake is finally cooked.. let it cool completely.

    For layering the cake: layer the cake with milk dressing.. until it’s all finish

    After layering the milk dressing put the whipped cream on top and cover the whole cake.

    After you cover the whipped cream sprinkle the grated chocolate and Hershey syrup on top.. put in the fridge for 2 hours and enjoy 😊
